I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee comprehensive tax planning: Manage regional tax compliance. Plan related-party transactions and pricing. Develop tax planning strategies.
2. Audit monthly tax filings: Create tax audit forms and protocols. Review monthly tax returns.
3. Establish tax policies: Formulate payment rules for various taxes. Develop pricing guidelines for related-party transactions. Draft contracts, addenda, and related rules for related-party dealings.
4. Manage tax risks for overseas operations and subsidiaries: Establish tax rules for international transactions. Prevent overseas tax risks.
II. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of tax-related work experience. Preference given to candidates with cross-border tax experience at large accounting firms.
3. Proficient in domestic tax laws with basic understanding of international tax regulations. Skilled in various office software applications.
